We finally started lessons in Nanjing University. I am sorry to say I felt so tired I did drift off sometime during the lecture. The lecturer had a different accent to his chinese but I think we could still understand him. He is already 72! He told us alot of the history about Nanjing and many knowledge. I had knowledge overflow.
I thought I could finally get chance to go online early. How was I to know that tonight we have to go and listen to some music for I don't know how long. I am just so unlucky. Furthermore we are going to visit some zong2 tong2 fu3.
Yesterday we went to shopping centre, I walked with Zijun and I saw the fuwa that my sister wanted, unfortunately the shopkeeper had bad attitude and chased me out. I decided I don't want to let that person earn money. She thought she is the boss, if people don't buy from her she also cannot earn money! Then I went another store and she said I look like a korean. I denied and said I was from Suzhou. Haha. Zijun says I really have sort of a china accent now. But I don't think so... I only know that I use chopsticks better than forks and spoons now. Yesterday I had stomachache. It was so horrible, the teacher called a taxi to bring me and zijun and mabelyn back earlier. I am grateful for that. I will have to continue medicine to prevent this stomachache from coming back. I washed my clothes and brought some of them for washing just now and yesterday.
I think Nanjing is quite a busy bustling city maybe cos we are living right in the middle of it. I hope it will not disappoint me and continue to be interesting. Although I think the chances of us having shopping trips here are very slim as the teachers say no more shopping. So all we have is lecturers to accompany us for these 2 long weeks. I heard my sister has cable tv cos my parents suscribe, I want!!! I want my toys too!!! (: I can't wait for home cooked food. Just now during lunch I only called one dish and felt full, probably cos it was not to my appetite. I want to eat my claypot rice and fried rice and I want my bubbletea that does not taste funny.
I think I will have to go soon to visit places. I should be coming online tonight if that appreciation of songs thing does not take too long.
