Holidays are here!!!
OMG! I can't believe time flies so fast! I am shock at the speed that this year has whizzed past. It seems like yesterday that I just stepped into the ice cold classroom shivering, and now I am more and less "comfortable" in that icy environment, and it is time to say goodbye to our dear old cold classroom.
Today wegot back our progress report, but guess what, my progress report is screwed up bcos apparently they hate me and don't want to give me my translation grade. ): They decided to leave it out. And so now, I have to go back on Monday specially for my progress report. How "good" is that. I am always so unlucky one! I always seem to be the one who get into this kind of hitchs.
Anyway, after that, me and selene went out. We went to "Just Accia" and eat our lunch. When we reach there the place so nobody one. Like some kind of war just broke out and everybody have gone into hiding. I felt so weird and like an idiot walking around where every shopkeeper seemed to be staring at us. When we went to the cathay to buy tickets, I would have thought the whole building was empty if not for some stray people walking around. It was so empty and deserted. If I had not known better, I would have thought it was closed for good! We went all the way up just to buy tickets. Apparently we were one of the first. Selene went to watch Quantum of Solace, I went to watch HSM3. Apparently we were very weird. Where got people go out then watch different show one. So the ticketing person thought we watching movie marathon, instead we told her we want different shows, and she smiled at us politely. I think she thought we were weird, but nvm. After buyng tickets, we walked all the way back to eat lunch. Good exercise you know.
We were the shop's first customer. So we had to self-service, instead of people helping us. The place was just so deserted! I felt weird eating, luckily got selene also, if not I will be an idiot who eats alone in the whole empty plot of land. As we ate, more and more people came, and I was glad that we could have our food so quickly bcos we were the first customers. After the lunch, I was so full, I thought my belt was going to break, luckily break also nvm, cos nxt yr new uniform. (:
We went to the cathay at the right time and went in. And so I was a victim of another weird hitch. First, one whole group of people came and claimed that I sat on their seat. So I thought I was blurr, then I wanted to move away, then they said "ooh. sorry, sorry. we came wrong place". And I was like ok. Then the second time, another person came and insisted the place that I was sitting on was his. I decided not to trust the person as just now that person also made mistake, so I took out my ticket and flashed it into the person's face. And he looked stunned and insisted we got the same seat number although he never bothered to show me his ticket. I suspect he came wrong theatre or something. After I watch finish, selene also just right watch finish. When we came out, the crowd was already gathering, and I am so glad we were relesased early, so we can watch early and avoid crowds. We went to Bugis afterthat.
We went to the library and saw Miss Ong. Haha. She looked slightly stunned to see us, and we also were stunned to see her. The exhibition was apparently organised by her friend, so much of a concidence. We went round and round by escalator and my head almost burst. We finally went to a quiet corner and managed to get some things completed. Then we went Bugis Junction take neoprints. (: We dun understand the language and we just anyhow press here press there and got it done. So long never take neoprints already. Haha. I also very long never go Bugis already. After that we went home. (:
So, today was quite fun and many things went wrong: my progress report and the movie seating-twice.
I am now trying to chiong the whole China trip project thing. I am so tired. I got so many things to do including the whatever wen xian bao gao thingy, which I don't know how to do. I have to buy so many things for the china trip and pack my luggage which doesn't seem big enough. Haiz... I really feel like crying when I think of staying so long away from home and my family. ):
